My relationship with Farfetch dates back to almost a decade. With that being said, this is an organic partnership that stemmed from being a long time customer. I’ve watched them grow tremendously throughout the years and it’s been lovely to watch.
I always check Farfetch first. I love that I can shop the most curated boutiques in the world from my home in the US. Farfetch has also enabled me to discover many boutiques across the world, in which I now visit whilst traveling abroad. They currently have over 280 international designer boutiques. Every order is unique as each boutique has their own personal touch when it comes to packaging.
Farfetch has a nice sale selection that’s shoppable year-round. You can gain early access to their end of season sales if you sign up for their mailing list.
I shop for items on Farfetch that I can’t find on other luxury sites. Because you’re shopping smaller boutiques from around the world, the curations are often different and feel more special. I find a lot of runway pieces that are only produced in small quantities. This set that I’m wearing, for example, is only available in white via Farfetch.
This Vetements x Champion matching set is part of the Vetements spring 2017 collection, where they collaborated with over eighteen brands, including Hane’s Levis, Dr. Martens, Canada Goose, Reebok, Comme des Garcons, Carhartt WIP, Manolo Blahnik, Schott, Lucchese and Juicy Couture. Vetements designed the whole collection, sourcing from the collaborators’ signature materials, and the brands handled all the manufacturing in their own factories.
I styled the look with very coveted, runway boots from their collaboration with Manolo Blahnik. This collaboration ranged from waist grazing boots to classic satin pumps.
